As an Art Manager at Unhumanly and Lead TPOC Artist at Janus Research Group, I implemented a custom Excel-based dashboard integrated with Confluence and Jira at Unhumanly to streamline project management, enabling real-time task tracking and ensuring seamless coordination across the team. I also managed and maintained comprehensive style guides to uphold artistic consistency and align assets with the game’s vision. At Janus, I played a key role in delegating and maintaining tasking across art, design, and production teams, addressing technical challenges and ensuring deadlines were met. Across both roles, I combined structured management practices with technical expertise to drive the successful completion of complex projects.
